The Startup PITCH ROOM is a platform where startups have
the chance to captivate, convince, and connect with
investors, mentors, and industry experts. Whether
you're a visionary founder with the next big thing or an
investor seeking a cutting-edge company, the Startup Pitch
Room is where possibilities turn into partnerships.
The PITCH ROOM is conducted virtually and in person.
Registration:
Startups interested in participating in the pitch room first need to register.
During registration, startups may be required to provide essential information about their company, such as their business plan, product or service details, team information, and contact details.
Selection Process:
Following registration, we adopt an inclusive approach in our selection process as we evaluate applications to determine which startups will be part of the program. Our selection criteria encompass elements such as innovation, market potential, team capabilities, and alignment with the goals of the forthcoming PITCH ROOM event. Additionally, we initiate brief review calls with startups to gain insight into their perspectives.
Preparation:
Selected startups are then notified and given time to prepare their pitch. We reach out to them with our suggested PITCH ROOM Framework to streamline their pitch and expectations, this includes refining their business model, creating a compelling pitch deck, and rehearsing their presentation.
Pitch Day:
On the designated pitch day, startups present their pitches to a panel of judges, which may consist of investors, industry experts, and mentors.
Each startup is typically given a specific amount of time to pitch their idea or business.
Q&A Session:
Following the pitch, there is often a Q&A session where the panelists ask questions and seek clarifications from the presenting startups.
This session provides an opportunity for startups to demonstrate their in-depth knowledge and the viability of their business.
Feedback and Evaluation:
Judges evaluate the pitches based on various criteria, which may include the quality of the idea, market potential, team, and presentation skills.
Constructive feedback is often provided to the startups, which can be valuable for their future development.
Follow-Up:
For startups that generate investor interest, there may be follow-up meetings or due diligence processes to explore potential investment deals.
