Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for membership fees and wallet top-ups made on Nebula Accelerator, processed through our payment partner, Cashfree.

Membership fees

• Before program access begins:if you cancel within 7 days of payment and before you've been matched with a mentor or accessed any Week 1 program material, you're eligible for a full refund.
• After program access begins:membership fees are non-refundable once you've been matched with a mentor and gained access to the program curriculum, except where required by law or at Nebula's discretion in cases of a verified service failure on our part.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged more than once for the same membership, or charged but never granted access due to a technical error, contact support with your order ID — this is refunded in full.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet balances are intended for use within the platform. Unused wallet balance is refundable on request within 30 days of the top-up, minus any payment gateway fees already incurred. Wallet balance already spent is not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@nebulaaccelerator.com with your registered email address and the order ID from your payment confirmation. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable items

• Membership fees after program/mentor access has begun (except as noted above).
• Wallet balance already spent on platform features.
• Any fee explicitly marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.
